Refurbished and insulated, the Dining Hall pavilion is suitable for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, festivals and selected social occasions for up to 200 people. Facilities include:
- fully functional kitchen for self-catering to large bookings including large refrigerators and freezers, oven, 2 large sinks, multiple food preparation and serving benches, hot food serving bar, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, grill, and BBQ
- cool room – large capacity
- canteen indoor/outdoor eating and serving
- tables and chairs suitable for up to 200 people
To enquire about the hire of all or part of the showground and facilities, contact the Ground Hire Coordinator on email firstname.lastname@example.org. The showground has multiple areas for hire and where possible shared hires will be arranged for all except the largest events. To view the different hire areas, refer to the Showground Map.
All Hire Arrangements will be subject to a Hire Agreement and payment for the hire will be required in advance of the hire period. Cancellation of a hire less than 14 days prior to the agreed hire period will attract a cancellation fee.
