Casual camping is available on the Showground most of the year, however, there are times when the grounds are closed to casual campers during major events such as the Bungendore Show and Country Music Muster. These dates will be noted on the calendar.
Please call 0455 174 463, between 9 AM and 6 PM, in advance to check availability. The number of sites may be restricted during times of major events. A site can not be guaranteed if you have not enquired in advance. All casual camping and caravanning will be restricted to a maximum stay of 14 nights and stays may be limited by the need to clear the grounds for major events. Power and water are not guaranteed to individual sites but there are adequate power outlets available in the camping area.
The showground is pet friendly. Pets are welcome but must be kept under control at all times. Please ensure you always clean up after your pets.
Camp fires are permitted during non-fire-danger periods. All camp fires must be contained in the available fire-drums or user’s braziers / drums. No fires are to be lit on the ground due to the risk of spread, danger to horses and people from remnants left and possibility of fires escaping underground. No fires are to be lit under tree canopies.
A dump point is available for use by anyone staying at the showgrounds.
