Enquiries

To enquire about the hire of all or part of the showground and facilities, contact the Ground Hire Coordinator on email bungendoreshowground@gmail.com. The showground has multiple areas for hire and where possible shared hires will be arranged for all except the largest events. To view the different hire areas, refer to the Showground Map.

All Hire Arrangements will be subject to a Hire Agreement and payment for the hire will be required in advance of the hire period. Cancellation of a hire less than 14 days prior to the agreed hire period will attract a cancellation fee.

Special Directions for all Equestrian Events

Gate entry for horses, horse floats and trucks is via the second gate onto the grounds (left off Mathews Lane). Horse access on the grounds is strictly limited to the designated horse zones. Under no circumstances are horses to be lead, ridden or transported into the designated camping and caravanning area. A breach of this requirement will result in immediate expulsion from the area. NB Access for floats by the first gate MAY be arranged where the event is entirely confined to the equestrian area to the North of the Grounds.
